Founded in New York City in 1999, Manhattan Review is the world's most innovative company for international student test prep instruction. Our SAT learning plans feature the most engaging methods of instruction, the most rigorous course materials, and the best SAT instructors available in Manila or anywhere else. Find out how Manhattan Review can help you achieve your test score and college admission goals by contacting us in Manila today, either online, by email, or by phone.

Students preparing for the SAT must understand that a "high" SAT score is relative and depends on an individual student's goals for college admission. The average 25th-percentile SAT verbal and math scores at Ivy League schools are about 685 and 700 respectively (this means that 75% of students at these institutions scored higher). At the 10 most highly ranked public American universities, 75% of students received respective verbal and math SAT scores of approximately 600 and 640. At Manhattan Review, we suggest that our students strive for SAT scores that are in the top half of a school's student population, and the higher, the better. Sectional scores of 700 each would be above average at the College of William & Mary, but below average at Brown University. Regardless of your current level of SAT proficiency, we can say with confidence that increasing your scores will facilitate more offers of admission from more selective schools.

Manila students who complete Manhattan Review's SAT prep courses or SAT private tutoring plans are often accepted to the best universities in the United States. Our SAT clients have secured admission to top schools such as Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Yale, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon, Brown, the University of Michigan, the University of California-Berkeley, the University of Virginia, the University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Dartmouth, Georgetown, Vanderbilt, Duke, Emory, and countless others. Our test prep instruction has helped our students receive excellent education, which leads to strong prospects for employment. Some former Manhattan Review SAT clients are now working for Fortune 500 companies, such as New York Life Insurance, CVS Health, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, United Continental Holdings, and Prudential Financial. Others have been hired by firms in Manila, including Radio Corporation of the Philippines, Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation, Land Bank of the Philippines, San Miguel Corporation, and TicketNet. Meet a Manila SAT Tutor: Annette F.

Annette F. began her SAT tutoring career in 2008 as an unaffiliated teacher. She was first hired by Manhattan Review in 2013, working out of our home office in New York City. She accepted a transfer to Manila in 2015, and she is now well acquainted with the city's educational community and students. Her SAT instruction has eased selective university acceptances for hundreds of students in the area, including Ivy League institutions and other elite schools.

Annette is originally from Middleton, Wisconsin, and she stayed in her home region to complete her undergraduate degree in education at the University of Wisconsin's flagship campus in Madison. She then moved to the Big Apple to earn a master's degree in education at the City University of New York. In addition to her experience teaching the SAT, Annette is a former faculty member in New York City's public school system.
